- Message and corresponding with patients through the system
- Room patients
- Check vitals (temperature, blood pressure, pulse ox)
- Assist with obtaining patient medical history
- Document medication
- Assist physicians with patient examination
- Maintain medical supplies inventory and performing preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating
What you will need as the Medical Assistant (Neurology):
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- Epic experience
- Neurology experience, preferred
- Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology
