Salary: $42,640 - $70,720 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in the delivery of patient care including recording vital signs, administering injections, and performing EKGs.
- Manage patient flow in the clinic, encompassing pre-visit preparations, support during the visit, and post-visit tasks.
- Operate and manage Electronic Medical Record systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record keeping.
- Participate in clinical duties within authorized scope of practice including ear lavages, blood draws, and managing medication under provider guidance.
- Provide patient education on healthcare maintenance and disease prevention tailored to patient needs.
- Contribute to team efforts by maintaining supplies, cleanliness, and functionality of the healthcare environment.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team to improve patient care and clinic operations.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Active licensing in the State of Washington as a Medical Assistant-Certified required.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly Epic.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Proven ability to perform clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, ear lavages, and blood draws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing patient flow and interaction.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and effective clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within outpatient or primary care settings.
- Additional certifications relevant to the specialty areas (e.g., Orthopedics, Pediatrics).
- Experience in acute or emergency care environments.
- Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous to support diverse patient populations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts or cover additional specialties as needed.

- Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Technical proficiency with healthcare technologies and EMR systems, especially Epic.
