Salary: $36,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer patient care in various medical settings within the physician's office.
- Function as the main liaison between patients, families, medical professionals, and other staff.
- Focus on delivering high-quality service and care that meets and exceeds patient expectations.
- Work effectively within a dynamic healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment and support.
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system proficiently for accurate patient data handling.
- Adapt to diverse medical disciplines, offering support where needed across multiple practices.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant through an appropriate board (e.g., AAMA).
- Registration through a recognized medical board (e.g., ARMA).
- Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills, capable of working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
- Experience in handling patient care administration and familiarity with healthcare protocols.
