Salary: $36,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer patient care in various medical settings within the physician's office.
  • Function as the main liaison between patients, families, medical professionals, and other staff.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality service and care that meets and exceeds patient expectations.
  • Work effectively within a dynamic healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment and support.
  • Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system proficiently for accurate patient data handling.
  • Adapt to diverse medical disciplines, offering support where needed across multiple practices.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant through an appropriate board (e.g., AAMA).
  • Registration through a recognized medical board (e.g., ARMA).
  • Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, capable of working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
  • Experience in handling patient care administration and familiarity with healthcare protocols.

  • Previous experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
