Med-Surg Ortho RN in Tallahassee, FL

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the largest heath care groups in the United States to assist them in recruiting a dedicated Medical-Surgical Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to adult patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, injuries, and other medical conditions. Position Highlights:

• Patient Ratios: 1:5 - 1:6
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide individualized care and treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and recovery processes
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being

Qualifications

• Active RN License (FL or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Preferred; Must Obtain Within 6 Months of Hire)
• 1 Year of Recent RN Experience (Acute Care preferred; LTAC experience accepted)
• BSN Preferred
