Mechanical Project Coordinator
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Administrator/ Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct administrative and coordination support to the Project Managers related to ongoing projects. Experience in construction is required, specifically mechanical is preferred but not required. This individual will be responsible for providing documentation and administrative support for ongoing projects and requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Job Summary:
-Administrative support reporting to President
-Salary $60K - $70K base
-3 weeks vacation to start
Responsibilities:
-Job Startup and Progress Documents
-Job box talks , follow-up with guys in field submit to Office Manager
-Coordination for Job specific requirements (ie. VSC, certifications, or clearance requirements)
-ESA permits and scheduling
-Submit RFI’s, Method of Procedure’s
-Progress tracking update hours and costs
-Change notice tracking
-Job Closeout Documentation
-Upload IFC drawings, change orders, RFI’s, create and upload scope letters
-Quoted material shop drawing submittals/ordering/tracking
Software Knowledge:
-Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
-Adobe Acrobat
-Procore (Required)
