Position Summary

The Engineering Department is responsible for design engineering, drafting and modeling, production engineering, and project management activities. Ideal candidates possess a degree of business awareness with a passion for engineering discipline. We offer a working environment that allows a hands-on engineering professional to develop and grow as they execute on projects in a fast pasted and ever-changing environment.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. This position requires the ability to understand the technical requirements of our customers and to implement engineering solutions to meet these demands.
  2. Reviews and executes product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements.
  3. Ability to reverse engineer legacy technology as well as comparable industry products to evaluate issues to consider design enhancements that expand our product portfolio.
  4. Coordination of first of a kind design and qualification activities for new product initiatives
  5. Development of new designs complementary to company’s existing product lines.
Educational & experience Requirements:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
EXPERIENCE: 3-10+ years of valve design or related industry experience
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, by phone and face-to-face.
