Salary: $70,000.00 - $86,500.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Design unique structural metal solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine design requirements and integrate client feedback into design plans.
- Utilize AutoCAD and 3D design software to create and optimize designs.
- Adapt to varying project requirements and perform modifications as necessary.
- Ensure all projects comply with governmental and environmental regulations.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- A Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Minimum of two years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Proficiency in structural metal product design with at least two years of dedicated experience.
- At least two years of hands-on experience with metal product fabrication.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools.
- Understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems to ensure holistic design approach.
- Solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous roles.
- Based within a 45-minute commute of the Caledonia area.
- US citizenship or Green Card holder status.

- Experience in managing full lifecycle engineering projects.
- Expertise in the latest industry-standard design software beyond AutoCAD and traditional 3D tools.
