About the Company:
This 25-year-old organization has grown into an industry leader in pallet manufacturing, recognized for its cutting-edge technology, automation, and service-first approach. Originally founded by a tech-focused entrepreneur who never expected to stay in the space, the company has evolved into a trusted partner for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, especially those in high-risk, compliance-driven industries like petrochemical. With the ability to produce, this operation mirrors the sophistication of major tech manufacturers—with a deep emphasis on efficiency, yield optimization, and customer value. Known for reliability and long-standing relationships, they continue to innovate while staying grounded in service excellence and quality manufacturing practices.
The Role:
The Procurement & Commercial Strategy Lead will drive sourcing strategy, optimize raw material utilization, and launch a new revenue stream through component sales. This role presents an opportunity to take ownership of procurement and enhance value through smarter sourcing decisions, vendor relationships, and yield management. You'll work closely with manufacturing to fine-tune yield calculations, improve margins, and support operational efficiency.
