Materials Analyst for New Plant Start up with Preparation and monitoring of working performance * Process working orders on schedule according to task list that will be provided by Senior MRP Controller. This will be done in close alignment with Team Leader Manufacturing and Senior MRP Controller. * If needed, sequence planning within given safety time of a working order (basic dates). * Maintain available capacity for machines and production staff in the system. * Examine and adjust for correct closing of working order in the system. * Examine and correct for all activities concerning order confirmation, scrap and material consumption. * Monitoring working performance, if necessary support with all arising works (e.g. during setting up). * Optimizing organizational and manufacturing process flows on workcenters. * Is involved in design of workcenter and machines. * Examine and adjust for inventory in the production supply area and work in process inventory.

  • Fully integrated in the information flow of the technical machine availablity as bridge from Production to MRP Control. Also support in order to organize maintenance in case of defects on machines. (If there is a shift leader function in the plant available the support will be taken over from the shift leaders).

Quality assurance * Monitor production quality, or instruct somebody concerning inspection tasks. * Analyze defects, reworks and scrap and provide results to quality assurance.

Leading employees * Guiding, instructing and training of employees. * Monitor working performance, verify working results. * Ensure the compliance of safety regulations.
