Materials Manager – Electronics Manufacturing
📍 Location: South Ventura County (100% On-Site)
💵 Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annually
🛡️ U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency Required (ITAR Registered Facility)

In this strategic, hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of materials—from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and logistics. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency, cost savings, and supply chain continuity.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead purchasing and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Source and purchase electronic components, PCBs, metals, wires, MRO supplies, and more.

Develop and execute procurement strategies that balance quality, cost, and reliability.

Maintain accurate inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock that disrupt production.

Oversee shipping, receiving, kitting, cycle counts, and annual inventory processes.

Track supplier performance, negotiate terms, and vet new suppliers.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and ESD procedures.

Support production scheduling through timely material availability and logistics planning.

Maintain detailed records and assist in demand forecasting for future orders.

Report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
✅ Qualifications:

Experience as a Materials Manager in electronics manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM is a plus.
- Hands-on leadership style and ability to assist with daily operations when needed.

Understanding of ISO and ESD compliance.
