Material Handler

We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for our day shift team.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Some weekends may be required depending on customer needs.

The ideal candidate must be able to obtain forklift certification through HSM and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be able to multitask, stay focused on daily goals, and communicate issues in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Moving, storing, and tracking raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse
• Keeping production teams stocked with the materials needed to maintain workflow
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Boxing, racking, and palletizing finished goods
• Assisting on the production floor as needed
• Puts safety first and is very mindful of their surroundings

This position is more than just forklift operation. We are looking for someone who is willing to step off the forklift and assist wherever needed to support the team and production goals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to become forklift certified through HSM
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and motivated work ethic
• Previous forklift certification is highly recommended

1st shift Mon-Thu 5:30am-4pm, will work some Friday's on occasion.- $15/hr

2nd shift Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am, will work some Friday's on occasion- $15/hr

3rd shift on Foam Side Sun-Wed 7pm-5:30am - $16/hr

3rd Shift on Vinyl Side Mon-Thu 5pm-3:30am- $16hr
