In this dynamic full-time position, the successful candidate will support the planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling of our manufacturing processes, to align with customer requirements and production strategy.

Establish Master Schedule to ensure customer requirements are appropriately represented in MRP/ERP system
Develop, implement and maintain new procedures supporting the Magellan Operating System, and its associated metrics
Participate in the development of the sales and operations plan, working closely with Production Control, Operations, Contracts and Business Development
Maintain an attainable Master Schedule
Monitor performance to the sales and operation plan
Set- up, maintain, and execute master production schedule policies
Work with Program Planners to determine the best policies (lot sizes, sub- contracting methods, material issuing methods)
Set- up procedures and policies as to how the new MRP system should be used, in order to work properly
3-5 year’s experience as a Program Planner or similar position in the Aerospace industry
APICS Certified ( or at least working towards certification)
Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and database utilization
