MASTER INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
The Industrial Electricians is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and parts, such as control panels. This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations. They must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment.
Installing, servicing and repairing conduits, wiring and fixtures.
Reading and interpreting specifications and blueprints.
Conduct electronic inspections and tests.
Grounding electrical systems.
Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.
Make decisions based on technical documents.
Work safely and follow company policies and procedures and wear proper PPE.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools and industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of national, state and local electrical codes and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders and crawl.
Able to bend or kneel frequently
