Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on all Harley-Davidson models.
  • Use factory tools, diagnostic systems, and technical resources to ensure precise and efficient service.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Stay current with Harley-Davidson University certifications and service bulletins.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance shop culture.
  • Deliver service that reflects the pride, quality, and heritage of the Harley-Davidson brand.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson powertrain, electrical, and chassis systems.
  • Current Harley-Davidson factory certifications strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor within a service team.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, self-driven, and detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record preferred.
