Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish complex studies requiring application of analytical and statistical methods and techniques.
  • Provide Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program management and develop strategic communications
  • Conduct and synchronize enterprise-wide projects with very complex problems that are multivariate in both dependent and independent variables
  • Conduct a value stream analysis to include all the supporting processes and then quickly move toward process improvement across the enterprise with precision
  • Validate projected return on investment for proposed projects in order to weight projects during the selection process
  • Review existing strategic processes and effectiveness of outcomes obtained, and provide recommendations to senior officials to improve performance
  • Study trends in Business Transformation (BT) efforts and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts to formulate recommendations
  • Research and analyze problems and issues in order to draft and recommend solutions that optimize efforts to achieve program objectives
  • Provide support to develop, sustain, and deliver effective executive level curriculum on project selection and championing to drive the organization’s improvements efforts


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) (Master’s preferred) in related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Required:

  • Five or more years of verifiable experience leading multiple strategic, enterprise initiatives and training programs across multiple industries
  • Leading organizational development and improvement initiatives; organizational strategic planning and decision support;
