Overview

Our client is an AI-driven, all-in-one practice management and EMR platform built specifically for outpatient rehab therapy clinics, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.

They are looking for a hands-on growth marketer who has already marketed to rehab clinics and knows how to generate responses from clinic owners and operators. This is an execution role focused on outbound performance, not a general SaaS marketing position.

What You’ll Do

  • Personally build and launch outbound marketing campaigns targeting outpatient rehab therapy clinics (PT, OT, and SLP).

  • Write and send outbound email campaigns designed to generate replies and booked conversations.

  • Create and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including copy, targeting, sequencing, and testing.

  • Execute SMS campaigns where appropriate, with clear opt-in and response goals.

  • Write messaging grounded in real rehab clinic realities—documentation burden, scheduling complexity, reimbursement pressure, staffing challenges, and patient throughput.

  • Create campaign-level content yourself (emails, social posts, landing copy, event invites) without relying on agencies or content teams.

  • Plan and execute rehab-focused events (virtual or in-person) and own promotion, follow-up, and lead capture.

  • Partner directly with sales to align outbound marketing with SDR and AE outreach.

  • Track performance daily and adjust quickly based on reply rates, meetings booked, and conversion data.

What You’ll Need

  • Direct, hands-on experience marketing to outpatient rehab therapy clinics. This is required.

  • Experience marketing healthcare SaaS, practice management software, or EMR solutions to clinics.

  • Proven ability to personally execute outbound marketing across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and events.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to speak credibly to therapists, clinic owners, and operators.

  • Comfort owning execution end to end, without delegation or heavy oversight.

  • Bias toward action, testing, and iteration over planning or theory.

  • Marketers whose background is primarily general B2B or horizontal SaaS without healthcare or clinic exposure.

  • Candidates focused mainly on brand, communications, PR, or top-of-funnel awareness.

  • Candidates who have not personally built and executed outbound campaigns themselves.

  • Those uncomfortable being measured on replies, meetings booked, and revenue impact.
