Pay Range: $50 to 60k
Job Overview:
Rate is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Training Specialist to join our dynamic marketing platform team. In this role, you'll help empower our loan officers and sales teams by delivering engaging training content and supporting the adoption of our marketing tools—most notably, our CRM platform Total Expert. You’ll be at the forefront of enabling our loan officers to succeed through our centralized education hub and hands on support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain training materials within our centralized education hub to support CRM and marketing platform adoption.
- Educate loan officers on the capabilities and best practices of our CRM platform through live training, short-form video, news posts, and open forums.
- Conduct office-hour style sessions, offering direct support and real-time Q&A to ensure users feel confident and capable based on their unique business strategy.
- Assist in developing launch and post-launch materials for new platform features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Training Manager to align training efforts with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
- Respond to basic platform-related questions and escalate when needed, maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and identify opportunities to highlight success stories.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, training, communications, or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, approachable presentation style.
- Comfortable speaking to small and large-sized groups – providing a welcoming space to both listen and educate.
- Experience with CRM platforms—Total Expert experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A passion for education, coaching, or public speaking.
- Experience creating training guides, how-to videos, or other instructional content.
