We are looking for people who have experience as a Marketing Specialist for Medical devices / Biotech.
Responsible for the support of specific marketing plans and the tactical execution of activities for branding, digital marketing, and specific product launches to establish, enhance, or distinguish placement within the competitive arena.
It is expected to forge strong partnerships with Healthcare Professionals, the company and global Commercial (Marketing and Sales), R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Legal/Compliance functions, develop the market needs, market trends, competitive analysis.
The company's core technologies, and establish user requirements and product specifications, for preparing a new product design proposal or an existing product improvement proposal.
・Developing and implementing marketing plans.
・Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
・Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
・Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
・Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
・Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
・Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
・Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
・Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
・Organize product development projects ensuring all products remain focused on customer needs and remain in alignment with the product roadmap.
・Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or Life Sciences
・Required Experience in life sciences (medical technologies or bio-pharma)
・Marketing experience – at least 2-3 years
・Strong communication and collaboration skills
・Good analytical and problem-solving skills
・Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
・Ability to travel – up to 20-30%
・English : Business - Fluent level / Japanese is a plus
・Upstream or product marketing experience is a plus
・Commercial experience in sales or marketing is a plus
