Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the credit union’s brand, growth, and member engagement efforts. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, and community outreach to promote products, services, and financial education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing content across digital and print channels (social media, email, website, and campaigns)
  • Maintain and strengthen the credit union’s brand identity and messaging
  • Plan and attend community events, serving as a representative of the organization
  • Support business development initiatives and member growth strategies
  • Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and social media platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable representing the organization in public and community settings
