Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
This position is directly responsible for
assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in the US market. (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
The position also will be responsible for creating IT systems and development of Social Media to promote sales.


  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Net search for MAP Policy Compliance
    (Regularly patrol companies that sell on the net for less than our set price, and if discovered, cooperate with a lawyer to maintain the cost and, if necessary, suspend the supply.)
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns including e-commerce
  • Develop compnay’s e-commerce and Shopify policies such as return, refund, privacy and shipping etc. and maintain its suite of services and application
  • Develop and manage company websites in the US market
  • Manage digital marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, promotion etc.)
  • Support and coordinate with Color More Lines and similar consultants to develop and sales
  • Develop and manage all Social Media especially Facebook and Instagram
  • Liaise with external vendors to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels and applications
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Assist to develop and implement company’s IT systems and software
  • Assist with customer service for general inquiries and provide accurate information by using the right methods/tools
  • Reports sales results for the company quarterly
  • Performs other duties as assigned by upper management and Japan HQ.
  • Associate’s degree: or its equivalent experience in Business or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skill
  • Capable of working independently, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
