Pay Range: $65-75k Annually

Hybrid: 3940 N. Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL

The Marketing Project Manager will serve as an integral part of the Rate Marketing Project Management team. This individual will provide daily support to the Project Management team and assist with managing incoming Marketing requests within our Marketing Project Management System, Workfront.

Responsibilities:

  • Intake and manage high volume of Marketing requests with a heavy focus on those from our Loan Officers
  • Develop and manage projects in Workfront, briefing the creative team as needed, providing project updates on a consistent basis and obtaining approvals from stakeholders
  • Utilize Rate Marketing’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope

Qualifications:

  • Successful working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Highly driven and self-motivated
  • Workfront (or similar project management system) experience required
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to be flexible and work in cross-functional environments
