Position: Project Coordinator (Marketing Operations – Contract)
Location: Remote – Canada/ U.S. (Eastern/ Central Time Zone preferred)
Contract Length: 3 to 6 months (with possibility for extension)

About Our Client
Our client is a well-established North American organization with a dynamic portfolio of consumer-focused brands. As their marketing operations continue to scale, they are seeking two (2) highly organized and proactive Project Coordinators to support the coordination and execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives.
This is a contract position ideal for early-career professionals with a background in marketing and project coordination. The successful candidates will play a key role in keeping deliverables on track across multiple departments, campaigns, and external partnerships.
These are remote roles open to candidates across Canada, with a strong preference for those able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities between Strategy, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams
- Build and maintain project schedules, assign tasks, and track timelines using tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello
- Communicate project updates clearly to team members, partners, and stakeholders
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are understood and progressing on time
- Route marketing requests to Legal and Compliance teams for feedback and approvals
- Gather and distribute ad specs to creative and media partners
- Create, test, and manage tracking URLs for digital campaigns using UTM builders or standard tracking tools
- Traffic marketing assets to external partners, including agencies and retail collaborators (e.g., Costco, CAA)
- Use collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams to manage communication and updates
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign operations
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and execution best practices (email, display, web, social)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak directly with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, Trello, and collaboration platforms such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Experience working with URL tracking tools and digital asset routing
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Curious mindset—asks questions to identify gaps and clarify needs
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
