Flybridge Staffing is currently looking for a Marketing Manager for one of the FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES IN THE U.S. This role would be working onsite in Plantation, FL. The marketing manager directly supports sales and revenue-generating opportunities. You would work directly with our clients’ customers and manage a book of 25-30 different customers. You will have fully access to Copywriters and our client’s Digital team to complete each clients’ campaign. If you are working for an Agency now and are targeting an In-House role… THIS IS FOR YOU!!! The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager are to create business value through marketing, marketing campaign development and execution, and positioning and messaging for B2B and B2C audiences. If you are looking for just a digital marketing role, this would not be that. Digital marketing would consist of about 20% of the work. This role will have some travel involved (2-3 times per quarter, throughout the US).

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years related work experience.
  • Previous healthcare experience desired.
  • Previous strategic marketing, product marketing or marketing communications experience
  • Solid understanding of lead distribution strategies, multiple marketing channels and marketing analytics required.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills, including a team-oriented approach to management of customers’ needs.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute on strategic marketing initiatives that help drive successful growth of our health plan sales channel. This includes serving in a cross-functional capacity and working closely with several critical departments including Marketing, Client Services, etc., to support goals and objectives of the company.
  • Develop knowledge and expertise required to generate compelling and action-oriented messaging for a target audience to differentiate our company’s brand.
  • Represent the company as a marketing subject matter expert and primary point of contact for assigned health plan partners.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Client Officer and team to create and maintain marketing and communications collateral specific to health plans and their members, meeting the expectations and timeline requirements established.
  • Partner with in-house subject matter experts and available design resources to develop and maintain customized collateral that are compelling and drive measurable engagement.
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts—whether those solutions are in existing systems or need to be developed.
  • Tailor presentations to reinforce the company’s value proposition and align with brand standards, including brand voice and visual identity.
  • Develop target audiences and the generation of new and viable strategies to drive revenue. Manage a project with an allocated budget.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) goals.
  • Manage the library of assets required to effectively market to health plan customers, including client-specific, broker-specific, and member-specific collateral.
  • Conduct market research, use CRM reporting and other sources to develop and refine targeted strategies to maximize campaign performance.
