Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Analyze, track, and compile marketing and sales data
• Develop and maintain promotional materials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Successfully managing projects on time and on budget

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4-year degree in Marketing
• Experience with email, digital marketing, and social media platforms
• Construction industry experience preferred
• A desire to do things right the first time
• Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
• Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $80-110K
