Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager dedicated to providing outstanding products and services tailored to customer needs. The role involves spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, with a particular emphasis on product marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective go-to-market plans for new products, features, and services.
  • Create engaging, customer-centric messaging and positioning for all product offerings.
  • Perform market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop sales support materials, including presentations, brochures, and FAQs.
  • Track key performance indicators and refine strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Serve as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring customer insights shape product and marketing strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define target audiences, buyer personas, and key value propositions.
  • Ensure consistency in product messaging across all marketing and sales channels.
  • Leverage insights to guide product development and shape marketing strategies.
  • Lead customer education efforts through product demos, webinars, and tutorials.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaigns and optimize ROI.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand reputation and consistency across all marketing platforms.
  • Develop content and creative assets that reflect and uphold the brand identity.
  • Work closely with product managers, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • At least 12 years of experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in product marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products or services.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and a strategic mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
