Core Accountabilities:

The Marketing Lead will shape and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, promote trust with clients, and support business development initiatives.

Brand Management:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a brand marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Understand and communicate the company's identity and value to the industry.
  • Manage and enhance the brand to ensure consistency and relevance across all marketing channels and materials.

Content Development and Distribution:

  • Steward the creation of high-quality, engaging content that connects deeply with clients, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media platforms.
  • Investigate and leverage new marketing tools and platforms, including AI-empowered content creation, marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics software.

Internal Company Support:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and client-facing teams, to understand their client profiles, needs, and objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams in developing tailored marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively engage and attract target clients.

Core Competencies:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing. Experience in the downstream oil refining &/or petrochemical market is ideal.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional teams. Will foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Location:

Fully remote within the United States, with some travel required.
