Essential Job Functions
- E-mail Marketing
- In partnership with Director of Donor Experience, plans and implements comprehensive email marketing strategy.
- Implements all email marketing campaigns and programs.
- Provides appropriate program reporting to senior management and the Board.
- Manages outside consultants and staff in execution of creative strategies and analysis.
- Develops short and long-term program plans and budgets (revenue and expense).
- Ensures management to annual budgets.
- Participates in the selection and management of relevant outside vendors.
- Supervises Marketing team, additional staff, and outside consultants as required, to develop campaign/programs and analyze and report on programs.
- Digital/Web Marketing and Advertising (Paid and In-kind)
- In partnership with Director of Donor Experience, plans and implements all digital/web marketing campaigns, PSAs, and programs.
- Provides appropriate program reporting to senior management and the Board.
- Supervises outside consultants and Marketing team in execution of creative strategies and analysis.
- Develops short and long-term program plans and budgets (revenue and expense).
- Ensures management to annual budgets.
- Participates in the selection and management of all outside vendors.
- Works with Marketing team, appropriate staff, outside consultants, and sharing partners as required, to develop or evolve campaigns/programs and analyze and report on programs.
- Social Media Platforms
- In partnership with Director of Donor Experience, plans and implements all social media platform activity.
- Provides appropriate program reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
- Manages outside consultants and staff in execution of creative strategies and analysis.
- Develops short and long-term program plans and budgets (revenue and expense).
- Ensures management to annual budgets.
- Participates in the selection and management of all outside vendors.
- Works with Marketing team and outside consultants as required, to develop campaigns/programs and analyze and report on programs
