Marketing Manager (Digital emphasis) in CO

Essential Job Functions

  • E-mail Marketing
    1. In partnership with Director of Donor Experience, plans and implements comprehensive email marketing strategy.
    2. Implements all email marketing campaigns and programs.
    3. Provides appropriate program reporting to senior management and the Board.
    4. Manages outside consultants and staff in execution of creative strategies and analysis.
    5. Develops short and long-term program plans and budgets (revenue and expense).
    6. Ensures management to annual budgets.
    7. Participates in the selection and management of relevant outside vendors.
    8. Supervises Marketing team, additional staff, and outside consultants as required, to develop campaign/programs and analyze and report on programs.

  1. Digital/Web Marketing and Advertising (Paid and In-kind)
  2. In partnership with Director of Donor Experience, plans and implements all digital/web marketing campaigns, PSAs, and programs.
  3. Provides appropriate program reporting to senior management and the Board.
  4. Supervises outside consultants and Marketing team in execution of creative strategies and analysis.
  5. Develops short and long-term program plans and budgets (revenue and expense).
  6. Ensures management to annual budgets.
  7. Participates in the selection and management of all outside vendors.
  8. Works with Marketing team, appropriate staff, outside consultants, and sharing partners as required, to develop or evolve campaigns/programs and analyze and report on programs.

  1. Social Media Platforms
    1. In partnership with Director of Donor Experience, plans and implements all social media platform activity.
    2. Provides appropriate program reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
    3. Manages outside consultants and staff in execution of creative strategies and analysis.
    4. Develops short and long-term program plans and budgets (revenue and expense).
    5. Ensures management to annual budgets.
    6. Participates in the selection and management of all outside vendors.
    7. Works with Marketing team and outside consultants as required, to develop campaigns/programs and analyze and report on programs

4. Direct supervision of employees and agency partners.
