Our client is a leading innovator and manufacturer of chemicals and ingredients that are used to produce items we use every day: shampoos, conditioners, body washes, laundry detergents, face creams, lotions, exfoliants, etc.

We are looking to hire a new Communications Manager with at least 3 years of B2B Strategic Marketing Communications experience. This job is a hybrid job with a few days per week working from the office in Philadelphia and the balance from home.

The Communications Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Commercialization and be responsible for brand awareness and global visibility. This person will be a key member of the marketing team, providing project management, people management, and actively participating in areas of global brand building and adherence, website/digital development, corporate and client events, advertising & collateral, press release and media relations, and other mediums. They will be responsible for overseeing a global omnichannel approach to communications, including advertising and product promotion, aligned with overall corporate business objectives. This person will bring energy and fresh thinking to engage the team and build community around our unique business, mission, and vision.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in the Beauty Care industry in Marketing or Communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field
• Experienced strategic communications professional in Marketing Communications, B2B or B2C industry, and/or Beauty Care industry are preferred.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Google Analytics training or certification is preferred.
• Proficient technology skills including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
