Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing a team of marketing professionals, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Manage the marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
