We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support a growing multifamily portfolio. This role will lead property-level and portfolio-wide marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving traffic, occupancy, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and leasing performance
  • Partner closely with operations and asset management to align marketing efforts with property goals
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including ILS platforms, paid media, social media, and email campaigns
  • Manage property branding, positioning, and reputation management
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and market trends
  • Support new lease-ups and repositioning efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within multifamily or real estate
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics
  • Experience working with property management and leasing teams
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, ILS platforms)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
