Are you a driven and creative individual ready to gain real-world marketing team experience? Our team is looking for a marketing intern who’s eager to contribute to exciting projects in the construction industry. You'll make an impact and learn valuable skill while collaborating with a group of marketing and communications professionals.

Data and Information Management

  • Enter project details, sales opportunities, industry contacts, and personnel data in our CRM system.
  • Generate reports and insights to support the marketing team.
  • Track various team tasks and lists using Monday.com.
  • Manage digital assets in OpenAsset and organize AI-driven documents and tools

Sales Support

  • Assist with pulling reports and support documents from CRM and AI software.
  • Make edits in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint for proposals and presentations.
  • Help coordinate and deliver proposal materials.
  • Conduct market and client research.
  • Support team efforts for surveys and award submissions.

Event Coordination

  • Help coordinate key milestones (groundbreaking, topping outs), trade shows, client/community events, and more.
  • Support and help coordinate charitable/non-profit activities.
  • Manage promotional inventory for events and recommend creative new items.
  • Maintain event files and calendars to ensure everything runs smoothly.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: (Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.)

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relation, or a related field, or previous introductory marketing experience
  • Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus!
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and creativity.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Willingness to learn new software and suggest innovative ideas.
