Marketing Director – Cutting-Edge Ag Manufacturer

This role will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns, sales enablement tools, and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing team of three, fostering a results-driven and innovative culture.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and storytelling across all channels.
  • Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee website, social media, email campaigns, and content creation to engage and educate the market.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive movements.
  • Event & Trade Show Strategy: Plan and execute presence at key industry events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.

Expectations will include:

  • Driving measurable growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals to support revenue growth.
  • Managing budgets efficiently and ensuring high ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Executing both high-level strategy and hands-on tactical tasks.
  • Continuously optimizing marketing campaigns based on data and insights.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in agriculture, agronomy, manufacturing, or related industries is a strong plus.
  • A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Compensation: Will depend on experience but targeting around $100K base plus incentives.

Benefits: Benefit package available.

Desired Location: Can be flexible, would love someone in their office in Utah, or within a driving distance to come to the office in a hybrid role or will consider a highly experienced person working in this role for another organization as long as they reside in the Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones.
