This role will oversee leading our organizations marketing efforts and be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating, developing, planning, communicating and coordinating marketing plans to build awareness of the products offers. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and the ability to lead a team to drive and deliver solutions that move the company forward.

Reports to the VP Product Management & Marketing and is in Wheeling, IL.

  • Oversees and develops marketing department.
  • Plans, directs and coordinates marketing efforts.
  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Builds brand awareness among target customers and consumers.
  • Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Oversees social media, marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Creates excitement about the Company's brand within and outside of our buildings.
  • Takes ownership for the quality of appearance and brand consistency in all aspects of print, digital and physical marketing (catalog, product packaging, website, videos, photography, email marketing, social media, showrooms, trade show booths, etc.) and ensure best in-class presentation.
  • Creates and manage processes within the department to ensure efficient prioritization, distribution and execution of creative work within the team.
  • Owns the marketing team’s budget and maximize its effectiveness.
  • Works closely with senior leadership, sales and product development teams to align branding across all communications platforms.

  • At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
