Marketing Coordinator

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a permanent Marketing Coordinator to join a stable and growing company outside of the Boca Raton area. This is a hybrid onsite role with 2 days remote.

The Marketing Coordinator will support multiple functions across marketing, content, sales, and event planning to increase company growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple functions and marketing teams who are responsible for company events, corporate meetings, trades shows, and other national meetings that take place regularly.
• Communicate with key stakeholders and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth execution and successful events.
• The marketing Coordinator will help create, distribute, and track executive email communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Effectively creates, supports, and troubleshoots online and offline materials pertaining to sales and marketing content.
• Support marketing projects such as updating of web pages, and automation activities to streamline, automate and improve efficiency.

Education / Experience:

• AS or BA degree and 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience or similar administrative role focused on email marketing/automation and content management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience with MS Office including excel.
• Knowledge of Email Marketing automation is highly preferred.
• Experience working with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) a plus
