Our client is a leading independent pharmaceutical company, with its head office based in Europe, and has offices in 149 countries across the
globe. They are recruiting for an experienced Portuguese Speaking Marketing Assistant to join their Johannesburg office.


Key Responsibilities
:
  • Build and maintain good relationships with all relevant stakeholders at all levels through open, proactive, professional, and regular communication.
  • Support and assist the Product Manager to analyses quantitative information.
  • Assist in coordinating/Implementing the specific product strategy, working closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve campaign and product objectives.
  • Assist and provide Marketing input around stock movement and management
  • Ensure all portfolio-related deliverables are clearly communicated and proactively followed up both within and across departments.
  • Manage and assist with Adhoc projects are required and report where necessary on the outcomes thereof
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to initiate specific projects and implement and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Manage compliance with company SOPs and relevant legislation (e.g. Pharmaceutical Marketing Code) within own area of responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic files and records for easy retrieval and ensure the two systems interfaces correctly.
  • Hold service providers accountable for delivery in line with SLAs expectations and company standards, e.g. accurate timely invoicing.
  • Generate purchase orders as needed
  • Manage and report on expenditure versus budget to relevant Product Manager

Minimum Requirements:
  • Marketing or Business Administration Qualification (Degree, Diploma, Honours)
  • Good proficiency in Reading, Writing and Speaking Portuguese

  • Basic Salary of R20,000 to R30,000 pm based on the level of experience
