Marketing & Executive Assistant
Job Description
Our client, operating within the luxury hospitality and events space, is seeking to engage a dynamic, highly organized, and personable Marketing & Executive Assistant to support both commercial growth and day-to-day operations. This hybrid role combines sales, marketing, hospitality coordination, and executive/personal assistance, and requires a proactive individual who is comfortable engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing (Luxury Booth Rentals)
- Identify and engage prospective clients, including corporate organizations, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Drive bookings and revenue for a private luxury booth experience.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, partnerships, and referral networks.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
- Manage client inquiries, negotiations, and booking confirmations.
- Support marketing initiatives, including digital outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Hospitality & Event Coordination
- Coordinate all aspects of guest experience, including catering, staffing, and logistics.
- Ensure seamless delivery of high-end, premium experiences for clients and guests.
- Liaise with venue management, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee event setup and execution on event days.
- Manage last-minute changes and ensure service excellence at all times.
Executive & Personal Assistant Support
- Provide administrative and personal support, including managing schedules, travel, and reservations.
- Coordinate private and family events as required.
- Handle errands and day-to-day logistical tasks.
- Support charitable and personal initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted and discreet point of contact for personal matters.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination or managing complex logistics.
- Experience engaging with high-end or corporate clientele is highly desirable.
- Strong network within Accra’s corporate or social landscape.
- Exposure to digital marketing or business development initiatives.
