Marketing & Business Development Executive
Job Description
Our Client, a retail and Lifestyle business is seeking an execution-focused, and entrepreneurial-minded Marketing & Business Development Executive to lead the growth and expansion of its diverse brand portfolio (i.e. a fast-growing FMCG retail business, and a premium lifestyle and apparel brand). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building brands, driving sales, and scaling businesses into market leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen brand identity, increase visibility, and attract new customers across multiple platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, from social media and digital marketing to retail and customer touchpoints.
- Create compelling content and campaigns that connect with target audiences, driving engagement and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and running targeted advertising campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and digital ads, optimizing reach and engagement to generate leads and conversions.
- Track digital performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights to improve effectiveness.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Design and implement customer engagement programs, promotions, and activations to encourage repeat business.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and brand ambassadors.
- Serve as the public face of the brand when necessary, including representing the company in videos, interviews, and promotional content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Must have 3 to 7 years work experience in , Business Development, Digital Marketing or similar role.
- Be strategic yet have a hands-on approach to execution. (i.e. must be comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting things done.)
- Have strong expertise in social media/digital marketing, and business growth.
- Be able to work independently and own the role with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and franchisees.
- Reside between Adenta and Aburi (or be willing to relocate or commute easily).
