redmondsearch seeks to meet visionary leaders in Market Research with specific experience surveying populations for travel behaviors, preferences of mode choice, and overall user experience for a leadership role in a mission-driven market research consulting firm.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver Excellence: Manage the nuts and bolts—budgets, timelines, resources—to ensure our projects are nothing short of successful.
The hard requirements:
- You know people transportation – ground, rail, or aviation. You may have worked at an agency, or you have provided services to public transportation-centric clients.
- You possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in fields that move us—transportation, energy, market research, or similar.
- You understand the consulting paradigm: What does it mean to manage projects, people, and deliverables to clients? You know how to drive accountability and innovation.
- You can demonstrate your professional chops in quantitative analysis – so you can teach and mentor others and apply this knowledge when shaping projects for your clients.
- You are a good communicator who can translate intricate technicalities into clear, actionable insights.
