Position Summary:

This is an exciting new growth created opening with a privately held multifamily owner, investor and developer who is well capitalized and continuing to expand, executing on their growth strategy. In sum, we are searching for a multifamily developer to play a key role sourcing and executing deals in the Austin and San Antonio MSA’s. This individual will be surrounded with support (capital, analysis, marketing, etc..) and have the opportunity to continue executing on existing deals in the pipeline while also sourcing new leads to expand the pipeline and footprint in bringing multifamily communities to the market. This is a highly visible role and flat organization, reporting directly into corporate executive leadership, working hand in hand with with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders (internal and external) as it relates to creating value and managing development deals throughout the life cycle. This is a significant, strategic hire at a great time within the firm’s growth cycle and is NOT your stereo typical replacement role, filling a spot within a high-velocity “institutional corporate” machine. The company’s proven well respect high-energy executive leadership team is known for their incredible culture, diverse and deep capital relationships, entrepreneurial and institutional mind/approach and their nimble ability to execute and get things done. This firm is implementing their strategic plan for the next 10+ years.
