About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in engineering, determining the methodology and design behind the production of complex jet engine parts. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed blueprints and setup sheets for shop use, ensuring that production processes are both efficient and meet the highest quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and machining.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cutting tools, 3, 4, and 5-axis milling, turning, and multi-function machines.
- Material Proficiency: Familiarity with various metals, including Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, and High Nickel Alloys.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, NX, and CGTech Vericut, as well as experience with ERP systems like Epicor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance quality control processes.
- Analyze production data to forecast future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Optimize workflow, equipment placement, and space utilization for improved efficiency.
