Join a leading electronics OEM and lead manufacturing operations ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of the production schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Provide leadership and direction to Production Supervisors, Operational Area Leads, and Manufacturing Operators. The Manufacturing Manager is the primary owner of manufacturing execution, production capacity, labor utilization, and departmental performance metrics. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in electronics manufacturing, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of electronic assemblies and power electronics
• Own execution of the master production schedule
• Monitor manufacturing capacity, labor utilization, equipment availability, and workflow constraints
• Directly manage Production Supervisors, Operational Area Leads, and Manufacturing personnel
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, mentor, and develop manufacturing employee
• Establish, monitor, and drive achievement of KPIs.
• Schedule Attainment, On-Time Delivery, Labor Efficiency, Productivity, First Pass Yield, Scrap and Rework Reduction, Cycle Time Reduction, Manufacturing Throughput, Employee Training and Development Metrics, Safety Performance
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing cycle times
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, ESD procedures, and ISO processes
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Champion a culture of safety
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures
• Evaluate manufacturing capacity supporting forecasted demand
• Develop staffing plans and labor allocation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Electronics manufacturing experience, SMT, IPC
• Leadership experience managing supervisors, leads, and production personnel.
• Electronic assembly, testing processes, manufacturing operations, and production control systems.
• Experience executing production schedules and meeting customer delivery commitments.
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and leading manufacturing teams and KPIs.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
• ERP/MRP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in power electronics, servo amplifiers, motion control, industrial automation, or related manufacturing environments.
• Lean Manufacturing Certification and/or Six Sigma Certification.
• ISO 9001 and IPC standards.
• NPI and production scale-up activities.
• Microsoft Dynamics FSCM
• Experience managing multiple shifts in low-volume/high-mix environment
