Now Hiring: Paper Manufacturing Operations Leader 🌟

Our client is looking for an experienced leader to oversee operations across four paper machines and their pulp prep department. What You’ll Do:

  • Champion a culture of world-class safety
  • Lead quality, production, and process-optimization initiatives
  • Drive root-cause problem solving and reduce variability
  • Guide teams through machine outages, trials, and efficiency projects
  • Collaborate across Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and more
  • Develop SOPs and support new product development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or Paper Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years in a paper mill with proven leadership experience
  • Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of paper machine maintenance and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Location is in the Northeast part of the county and relocation assistance is offered.
