We’re seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer to create, sustain, and enhance efficient production processes. In this role, you’ll develop and maintain manufacturing standards and documentation, lead time studies, and drive 5S/Lean initiatives that improve safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll analyze performance data, reduce process variances, and champion improvements that optimize throughput and first-pass yield.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Lean manufacturing, process analysis, and engineering documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–7 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, or modular construction are required.
