Manufacturing Engineer

Job description: Currently seeking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer who will play an integral role in planning, organizing and delivering projects to exceed customer expectations.

Key Tasks:

Engineering

Ø Detailed engineering understanding of customer processes.
Ø Composite knowledge – products and processes
Ø Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ø Project management understanding, including plan building
Ø Computer skills to prepare, analyze and develop reports and spreadsheets.
Ø Ability to manage projects and prioritize workload within agreed timescales and budgets.
Ø Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly.
Ø General engineering experiences in CAD, CNC Programming and data analysis
Ø MS office, AutoCAD, Solidworks (or similar)

Customer Management

Ø Regular visits to customers, front-line responsibility for reporting on customer engineering changes & opportunities.
Ø Coordinating customer projects linked to our products / services.
Ø Ensure customer and company needs are met.
Ø Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Ø Providing training and producing support material for customers.
Ø Ensuring full adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Ø Ensuring full adherence to all policies and procedures in place at customer premises.

Ø Self-starter, requiring minimum supervision.
Ø Customer focused.
Ø Results and deadline driven.
Ø Keen eye for detail with a quality focused approach to producing accurate work.
Ø Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels, both externally and internally.
Ø Effective and concise communicator.
Ø Self-motivated and works under own initiative.

This role requires security clearance funded and supported by the company.
