Manufacturing Engineer

Summary:
Kierstead Search Group, a premier executive search firm based out of Dayton, OH, has partnered with a prominent electronics manufacturing company for the aerospace industry in the Southwest, OH area to help them find a Manufacturing Engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to take ownership of their projects. Due to the organization's growth, this is a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory, and this position will have a direct impact on the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a motivated self-starter that wants to add more value and work autonomously.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong well-rounded Engineer with working knowledge of electronics and ideally CCA and SMT lines
• Understand processes and ability to make modifications and make decisions and stand by them. Strong confidence, but also trainable
• Willingness to do the research as a large part of the job is build to spec, and specifically mil-spec
• Because they work with government contractors, must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Aerospace experience is a HUGE plus, but not required
