Manufacturing Engineer
JOB PURPOSE:
The Manufacturing Engineer will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes. They will design efficient systems that integrate workers, information machines, energy and materials.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review Production information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services. This includes, but is not limited to schedules, process flows and engineering specifications.
• Design control systems to minimize and resolve production issues and project costs.
• Design, develop and maintain manufacturing flows to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and space
• Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards.
• Develop standards for production and design by working with clients and management.
• Ensure that the Company complies with all industrial standards for safety while meeting design standards and guidelines.
• Assist in a supporting role on projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.
• Three plus years in a precision heavy manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, cost, quality control, raw materials and other methods of maximizing the efficient manufacture of product.
• Good knowledge of machines, tools, their design and uses.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Good understanding of Manufacturing KPI’s.
• Strong understanding of Welding Processes
