Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
- As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key player in our operation, driving our commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by utilizing your knowledge in product and manufacturing methods
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, and translate them into effective, efficient manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
