Responsibilities:

  • As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key player in our operation, driving our commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by utilizing your knowledge in product and manufacturing methods
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, and translate them into effective, efficient manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
