What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Lead process improvement, apply lean manufacturing, and six sigma principles to solve complex production issues
- Conduct detailed cycle time studies to identify bottlenecks and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
- Training operators and folks on the floor to ensure consistency and quality
- Data Analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years in industrial engineering
- Background in process improvement, cycle time analysis, standard work, material flow, PFEP, and Line Balancing
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies
