They’re in an exciting phase of growth, and leadership is a key driver of their continued success! They are looking to find their next Controller for their Cincinnati, OH facility. This role oversees a 2-shift operation with 45+ employees, and they are hoping to bring this person on with the goal of rapid career advancement. This person will lead all aspects of tactical and strategic plant finances.

What You'll Do
- Manage a manufacturing facility with 48 employees, though without direct reports initially
- Work within an older DOS-based ERP system
- Support Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable roes and tasks
What You'll Need
- Experience with an ERP change
- Manufacturing background
- Experience in routing, costing, and inventory controlling
- Experience completing variance analysis
