Manufacturing Accountant

Our team is recruiting for an early‑career Manufacturing Accountant who’s excited to grow within a fast‑paced North American manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into numbers, learning how products are made, and partnering with operations to keep costs accurate and transparent.

• Support the maintenance of standard costs, BOMs, and routings in the ERP system

• Assist with analyzing material, labor, and overhead variances

• Assist with monthly close activities, including inventory valuation and COGS reporting

• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory

• Prepare basic cost analyses for new products and process changes

• Partner with plant and finance teams to provide clear, reliable cost data

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required

• 1–3 years of experience (internships or manufacturing exposure a plus)

• Strong Excel skills and some ERP system exposure
